The village of Cerda is a quiet Valencian village with around 400 inhabitants, surrounded by orange groves and with good motorway connections. The historic district town of Xativa, which has an excellent infrastructure, is only 5 kilometres away.

The house is located in a quiet street with good parking facilities. The area of the plot is 190m2.

You enter the building through the large double door made of solid wood and enter the entrance hall with the characteristic high ceiling and wooden beams. Next to the entrance hall is a bedroom, which could of course also be used for another purpose. It continues into the living/dining room. From here, a staircase leads up to the 1st and only floor. Further on the ground floor we find another large bedroom with a window to the patio, the kitchen with access to the patio and garden, a bathroom and a laundry room. The patio and garden cover an area of approx. 100m2. Here there is the possibility of building a swimming pool to cool off on hot summer afternoons.
