On the left, a space shaded by pine trees opens up and some poplar than another, an area, which is undoubtedly due to its north orientation, very cool in summer. The plot is already private, but the pool area is even more so, since it has a whole wall of cypress trees around it, making it impenetrable in view of prying eyes.

The side view of the house shows us, unequivocally, that we are facing a house with its own personality and with an interior space, perhaps, larger than we could initially imagine. This is because the distribution of the spaces is done on two heights: on the ground floor the house has a beautiful and cozy porch overlooking the pool and a decorative vine that closes the open space to the north side. From here the entrance is made directly to the living room, wide, with large wooden windows that make this room pleasantly surprise us for its luminosity. The dining room is next to the kitchen but slightly one level below, it is spacious and can be opened outside in summer. The kitchen, which underwent a total renovation, has excellent dimensions and can also serve as a dining kitchen. Sneaked under the stairwell to the upper floor, there is a bathroom with shower and bathtub. The staircase to the upper floor guides us to the distributor and from there to the bedrooms (all are double and exterior, equipped with ceiling fans, the windows are made of wood with exterior shutters). The main bedroom, located in chamfer, has a north-facing window and a terrace to the east. Difficult to explain in words the landscape that appears before us from this terrace, simply amazing (or better take a look at the video we include). The second bedroom, also of considerable size, with a large window with fabulous views towards the pool and a smaller one with views of our particular forest. The third one has a built-in wardrobe and a west-facing window. From this second floor you can see: to the south the mountains of La Serra Grossa, which make up the natural limit with the region of El Valle de Albaida. To the Northeast, you can see the Sierra de Santa Anna. And finally to the Northwest a branch of the Sierra de Enguera.

Although there are opinions and tastes of all kinds, what is certain is that this property will not go unnoticed, nor will it leave anyone indifferent, and certainly not those who like independence, outdoor living in a environment where you can give free rein to the youngest members of the family or to simply enjoy the silence and space that is left over. The main house has 3 bedrooms, but in the annex bungalow there is a large double bedroom with its own bathroom, perfect for family or guests.
