The region of La Costera, south of the province of Valencia, is made up of 19 municipalities, of which Xàtiva is its capital. The population of Canals, to which this property belongs, is only 2 km from the house and is a population of thirteen thousand inhabitants that has all kinds of services: shops, bank offices, City Hall, post office, and everything you need of what is needed daily.

Communications with Xátiva are good, both by road and through the commuter train service. Xátiva, as a tourist and commercial city, 6 km away by car, offers many services for entertainment: cinemas, theater, own shopping center, the largest in the region, museums, exhibitions throughout the year, medieval market. In addition to the local festivities (in August), the Fallas festivities are held every March, in honor of San José. The rooms are located along a corridor, in total there are 3 doubles and one single. All except the individual are above 10 m². The bathroom is familiar and has a comfortable shower with flat foot entrance with transparent screen.
