Alicante, B&B- Casa Rural/ Mansion of the 18th Century

We are proud to present this unique and beautiful restored mansion of the 18^th century which is a working B&B. The initial construction dates from 1800 and has been recently refurbished for rural tourism. It was always a family home and preserved from generation to generation.

This exclusive property is situated in an valencian village with 500 inhabitants, betted in the heart of the idyllic  “Valley de la Gallinera”. You get instantly the feeling that life is still ok here. This beautiful  valley is green all year around, famous for its delicious cherry’s. The village is 300m above sea-level and offers a mild climate in summer. Despite that it is only 30 mins away from the white sand beaches from the Costa Blanca, the Vall de La Gallinera is designated for rural tourism, ideal for lovers of the nature.

The house offers more as 1.000sqm on three floors, as well a swimming pool for the hot summer days. Currently it is running as a rural guest house and can take up to 10-12 guests.  It has 5 double rooms with corresponding bathrooms. All of them possess exterior windows, air conditioning and central heating for the winter days. It is ideal for a family holiday or for a romantic weekend.

The interior decoration is done with love and consists of original traditional rural furnishings.

There are lots of very enjoyable outdoor spaces thanks to the two patios which are part of the house. They are decorated with Mediterranean plants and garden furniture. In one of them there is a swimming pool and barbecue installations. The old stable is now another pleasant spot to rest.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, as well as crockery, cutlery, etc.

The mill, which was originally used to produce olive oil, is now a beautiful lounge where hosts events, such as wine tasting, language courses, family celebrations or business meetings can be held.
Next to the mansion is a small studio, this could be another guest room.

This property still has more potential. The top floor with 100sqm is still open plan, and could be used for more living space.  Another part of the house could be converted into two more studios/ guest rooms.

All in all, the perfect place for lovers of historic places in a very idyllic surrounding. where people live to be 100 years old.
