It’s October the 14th and it’s still warm enough during the day to wear shorts and a short sleeved shirt but the weather is slowly getting cooler in the evening and the geckos have definitely gone into hibernation for the winter.

The street fiesta season is drawing to a close so those of us who live in old town will no longer be woken up in the morning by marching bands and fireworks.

As for the market, viewings are definitely up although this does not mean a significant increase in sales.  Perhaps people are waiting for prices to lower even further?  No one knows for sure but those who are making offers are finding them accepted for the most part.
