Most of the plot is qualified as “urbano”, i.e. building land, which means that another house could be legally built on it. It is currently planted with olive trees, which is quite lucrative given the current price of olive oil. The land is relatively flat and elongated. Xativa, a pleasant small town of 25,000 inhabitants, is only 5 minutes away by car and offers an excellent infrastructure. It is 60 kilometres to Valencia and its airport and 40 kilometres to the beach.
