This house is located in the historic center of the historic town of Xativa in Valencia.

Dates from medieval times. It was built in the fourteenth century and the last renovation took place around the year 1700. Next to the two main museums and municipal music conservatory. Also close to the shopping center and the new part of town. It combines within three floors and almost 1,850 sqm different architectural styles as a result of successive reforms made over time.

It is an old house, full of history and like many others in the city, nobles and wealthy families (even disposed of heraldic shield). The house has different rooms (bedrooms, living rooms, bathrooms, kitchens) courtyard, stables and a terrace. It is divided into ground floor, first floor and attic.
